Approximately 5 inches by 7 inches. The photograph is dated in May of 1943. There is a typed description on the reverse which bears the title “Nur fur den Dienstgebrauch!” (“For official use only!”). The photograph has two holes in the side edge. Starosta served in Grenadier Regiment 686.
