The front displays the embroidered insignia of the Japanese Navy, with the black rank stripe around the body of the cap to reflect the rank of a Petty Officer. The cap shows few, if any, signs of wear or use and it is in near mint condition. The interior crown has a large Navy issue stamp. Overall excellent, near mint, condition.
