WWI German Trench Art Shell Casing with Iron Cross Design

The brass shell casing is approximately 8-1/4 inches tall. The casing has designs which include a 1914 Iron Cross above the letters “J.S.P.” and “P.W.E. Co. 96” as well as the dates “1918-1919”. The opposite side has the design of an imperial crown. The shell casing has an uncleaned patina.
