WWII Japanese Soldier’s Pouch for Protective Amulets

The small leather pouch is approximately 2 inches by 3 inches, with a snap closure cover flap. There is a small portion of a leather neck cord still in two rear holes. The pouch would have been worn around the neck of a Japanese soldier and contained charms and protective amulets. The pouch shows age and verdigris but it is complete and intact.
