WWII Guidon of the Medical Detachment of the 340th Coast Artillery Regiment (District of Columbia National Guard)

The wool blend guidon is multi piece construction, double sided with a mirror image reverse, and it is approximately 20 inches by 29 inches. The sleeve on the hoist edge contains a leather tab on each end for attachment to the pole. There is a Quartermaster tag inside of the sleeve. The guidon is in very good condition, showing age and surface soiling but without holes or damage.
