Signed WWII Japanese Personal Good Luck Flag

The cotton flag is approximately 27-1/2 inches by 32-3/4 inches. Two corners are reinforced and retain cord ties. The flag bears the patriotic slogan of “Continued Success in the Fortunes of War”, with signatures radiating out from the sun. The other large kanji is a name of a well-wisher, Nichimura Seijiro. There is also the name of “Nishimura Shoichi”, and five signers have the surname “Kamimura”. The flag shows spots and soiling, but it is without holes or damage and it makes a very good appearance.
