WWII U.S. Marine Corps Dress Pistol Belt and Holster

The white web belt carries a white web magazine pouch as well as a black leather holster (dyed from a brown holster) for the Colt .45 service pistol. The reverse side of the holster is dated 1942 and it is manufacturer marked by Sears. The holster flap cover bears a brass, screw back eagle, globe and anchor insignia. The holster shows scuffs but is is in overall very good condition. The interior of the flap has the initials “D.H.” written on the inside. The belt and the magazine pouch show soiling. The brass Marine Corps buckle shows some verdigris and uncleaned patina.
