The World War II German flare gun has an aluminum frame and it is marked “237” to reflect production by the “Berlin-Luebecker Maschinenfabriken, Werk Luebeck”. The pistol is dated “1940”. The pistol is approximately 9-3/4 inches in length, with a barrel diameter of 26.5 mm. The pistol is contained within a West German black leather holster which is dated “1959” and it contains 7 empty Czech 26.5 flares, as well as 2 live flares. The frame of the pistol shows some scratches but overall the pistol is in very good condition.
