WWI German Wartime Patriotic Service Stein

The half liter stoneware stein bears Iron Cross decorations and the statement of “Zur Erinerung an 1914-1916” (“In Remembrance of 1914-1916”), as well as “Dem Freunde Schutz” and “Dem Feinde Trutz” (“Protection for the friend, defiance for the enemy”). The lid of the stein is engraved with an abbreviation which appears to be “Fz. Srh.”. The stein is in near mint condition, without chips or cracks.
