Captured Viet Cong Flag with 1968 “Tropic Lightning” Capture Annotation

Approximately 25-1/2 inches by 33 inches. The cotton flag is multi piece construction, showing some spots and soiling from use,as well as some subtle separations of the red material, but without obvious holes or damage. The hoist edge has a sleeve for insertion of a flag pole. The edge bears the notation of “Cu Chi 1968 25th I.D.”, referring to the 25th “Tropic Lightning” Infantry Division. Overall very good used condition.
