Italian Fascist Youth Leader Dagger

The dagger has an overall length in the scabbard of approximately 11 inches. The steel blade is generally quite bright, with some cloudiness and surface grime. The black paint on the wood grip is essentially intact, with some minor wear. The grip remains tightly triple wrapped with brass wire. The eagle head pommel has faceted red glass eyes, and the pommel, back strap, and ferrule all retain most of the gilt finish. The leather sheath shows age and use, and the bottom tip is tattered, but the belt loop is present and the sheath is intact. Overall very good condition.
