Imperial German Birthday Presentation Stein with Pickelhaube Ornamented Lid

The half liter glass stein is approximately 8 inches tall, exclusive of the eagle thumb lift. The top center of the lid of the stein is engraved “Zum 40 Geburstag 18.8.11; Der Vorstand Ehem 151” (“On the occasion of his 40th birthday August 18, 1911; The Board of Directors Former 151”. On the edge of the lid is engraved the last names of eight individuals, presumably the members of the Board of Directors who presented the stein to the recipient. The stein is without chips or cracks.
