WWII Japanese Navy Officer Green Field Cap

The green cotton field cap of an officer of the Japanese Navy. The cap body bears two black stripes as indication of rank. The front bears a machine woven officer’s anchor insignia. The cap shows signs of field wear and use but it is without stains or holes. Overall the cap is a fine example of an Imperial Navy officer’s field cap with a desirable “been there” look.
