“Der Deutsche Hof” Hotel in Nuremberg Creamer

Silver-plated creamer from Der Deutsche Hof Hotel in Nuremberg which was the hotel that Hitler favored and stayed at when he attended the annual Reichsparteitag rallies. The NSDAP purchased the hotel in 1935, and the silverware and serving pieces were marked with the NSDAP symbol of the swastika within wreath on the bottom. The container is also marked “Der Deutsche Hof” on the front, “Gebr. Hepp 90” on the edge and on the bottom edge “0.05” the liter capacity marking,  measures about 2-1/2 inches high.
