1941 Third Reich Disability Benefits Card

Approximately 4 inches by 5-3/4 inches when closed. The card was issued in December of 1941 to a man who was born in 1922 and so it may therefore reflect benefits that were being given as a result of a war wound. Very good condition, with one page slightly loose.
