The pants are an unlined, cotton poplin material, having a five button fly with one additional button at the waist. The original fabric belt passes through three belt loops on the waist. There are 2 hip pockets and 2 pleated patch pockets on the lower legs with closure flaps and buttons. There are slits on each cuff end. The cuff ties for fitting the trousers ends tightly to the leg are gone. There is a white cloth Navy issue tag from Yokasuka Navy Base sewn to the inside waistband of the trousers. The trousers show some spots an signs of use, but they are without damage or repairs and they are in very good used condition.
