WWII Japanese Silver Wound Badge
$100.00
The wound badge in silver was awarded for a wound sustained in the public service (or in a non-combat situation). It was also often given to a soldier when he contracted a disease such as malaria or if he was injured in an equipment accident. Very good condition, the enamel showing spots and scratches but being without chips or cracks. The badge has a dark and uncleaned patina.
