Very good condition with minor moth tracking and three moth holes, does not fluoresce when exposed to a black light. Since it is not the typical woven gold construction, I would assume that it was tailor / custom made for an officer. This came in a veteran’s group which included a small Condor Legion brass plaque our item number 85128.
