Cotton bunting material, manufactured by the Bulldog Company, 5 feet by 8 feet. Beginning in 1942 the flag was awarded to businesses enrolling 90% or more of their employees in a Payroll Deduction program for buying Defense and , later, Savings Bonds. Excellent condition.
