Margie Stewart (December 14, 1919 – April 26, 2012) was the official United States Army poster girl during World War II. She was a wholesome “pin up” that represented the girl on the home front who was waiting for her soldier to return. She was featured in a series of 12 posters that were designed to communicate important information to the troops.
