The poster is a notice to “All former career and reserve officers, military doctors, pharmacists and military chaplains as well as non-commissioned officers of the former Belgian army” in Brussels and the vicinity, and it orders them to report with their identification documents on certain specified days to the German Military High Command Office in Brussels, and the notice closes with the warning that “Violators will be severely punished”.
