Imperial German Bavarian Jaeger Battalion Officer Visor Cap

The cap is constructed of a ribbed field gray wool top with a green wool cap band. The front displays cockades in the national colors and a state colors cockade in which the center is a very dark blue. The cap top sh0s some tracking and several small holes which are not distracting. The surface of the leather visor is matte black in appearance with two surface cracks and some small chips to the front edge. The interior lining of the crown bears a retailer stamp, with the interior  having a full leather sweatband. Overall very good condition.
