WWII USAAF Officer Insignia Group with Two Snowflake Back Wings / Orber Pattern / Amcraft

The insignia in the group is attributed to Major Robert T. Crane of the Army Air Force. The group includes a full size 3 inch Senior Pilot wing with 4 Phinney clutches. The wing is maker marked by Amcraft and the reverse with “snowflake” pattern – was a pinback wing; a full size 3 inch Pilot wing with two Phinney clutches, unmarked as to manufacturer but Orber pattern; a pair of Army Air Force Sterling pin back enamel distinctive insignia; four winged propeller officer collar insignia, all of which have Phinney clutches and three of which match and have “snowflake” pattern reverse; a pair of pin back Major’s rank insignia; and a link chain fastener with a small tag bearing the initials “R.T.C.” and the date of April 15, 1944. All of the items in the group are in excellent condition.
