The forest green wool cap has multiple small holes in the cap band and a tiny hole in the top surface. The front peak displays a screw back eagle, globe and anchor insignia.. The interior contains a removable cotton disk as a liner, and the liner has a grommet which would permit it to be secured to the interior screw post of the insignia.
