WWII Japanese Army Wool Tabi’s
Tabi are a traditional Japanese footwear with a split for the large toe so that they may easily and comfortably be worn with sandals, although tabi’s can also be worn indoors without sandals. This pair of military tabi’s are woven in olive wool with white cotton lining and reinforced soles. The heel of one shows wear. There is scattered moth tacking and wear to the wool nap. One is missing the “female” section of the snap closure at the ankle.
