1930’s Army Officer Visor Cap Size 7 1/2
The body of the visor cap is in ribbed gabardine wool that is free of holes or stains and overall quite clean. The surface of the brown leather visor shows age toning and there is wear to the front edge of the leather. The full leather sweatband is in place, with an old piece of medical tape applied on the interior band that had the owner’s name written on it, although it is not particularly legible at this point in time. The cap is fully lined in a golden rayon with a complete and intact celluloid sweat diamond, beneath which is the image of a United States Army officer. Overall very good condition.
