Posthumous Named and Cased 90th Infantry Division Normandy Campaign Purple Heart
The Purple Heart is a slot brooch suspension and it is named to “Henry G. Bohlen”, who was killed in action on July 6, 1944, while serving in Europe with the 357th Infantry Regiment of the 90th Infantry Division. July 6 1944, the 357th Infantry was fighting at Beau Coudray , Normandy. The medal is contained within its titled black leather case together with the ribbon bar and enamel lapel badge.
