The machine made blade exhibits mottled spots on both sides. The celluloid grip is imitation ray skin that is triple wrapped with brass wire. The grip has a small chip in a lower section on one side. The pommel, guard, and scabbard fittings have an uncleaned patina. The leather scabbard exhibits minor scuffs but it is complete and intact.
