The cotton bag is approximately 8-1/2 inches by 13 inches, and bears printed caricatures of Franklin Roosevelt, Winston Churchill, and Chiang Kai Shek, with kanji. The reverse side retains the paper manufacturer’s label. The bag has some spots and staining from storage but it is in unused condition.
