It is titled “Avviso del Commandante in Capo delle Truppe Tedesche in Italia” (“Notice of the Commander in Chief of the German Troops in Italy”). The poster has an annotation in pencil by the American soldier who captured the poster in late 1944 and brought it home as a souvenir.
