Early Luftwaffe Pilot Badge by C.E. Juncker with 800 Silver Eagle and Tombac Wreath

The eagle shows excellent detail and it retains most all of its original dark burnishing, with the Tombac wreath exhibiting a fine, uncleaned patina. The eagle is secured to the wreath by two domed, counter-sunk, rivets. The reverse side of the eagle bears the mark of the Junker firm in Berlin, as well as the “800” silver content mark. Overall excellent condition.
