The sword has an overall length of approximately 33 inches, with a blade length of approximately 28 inches. The saber has an eagle pommel above a fluted bone grip that shows typical signs of age and patina, above a toned brass pommel and guard. The blade is light gray, with minor edge nicks. The blade has etched designs which include oak leaves, a floral motif, and a panoply of arms.
