1910 Dated Imperial German Military Shooting Competition Stein

The half liter glazed pottery stein is approximately 12 inches tall, inclusive of the lid. The interior base is marked “Germany”. The edge of the lid is engraved with what appears to be the unit designation of “1 C. 21 I. R.”, for the 21st (4th Pomeranian) Infantry Regiment “von Borcke”. The opposite side of the lid edge is also engraved with a word in German and the date of 1910. The lid and thumb lift show patina and surface grime,  while the stein is in near mint condition, without chips or cracks.
