On Hold

A well worn Army haversack that shows the typical signs of use in the field, with spots and fraying of the shoulder strap, and the belt attachment hook is missing from the belt suspension strap. The bag is extensively annotated with kanji. There is embroidered kanji to the interior as well as hand written kanji on the interior, while handwritten kanji also appears on the back of the bag. The haversack is a compelling example of a field used piece of soldier's equipment with much character.
