A pair of tall, laced and buckled U.S. Army cavalry boots of the style often seen being worn by General George S. Patton. The interior of the boots carries the manufacturer markings, the size of 7 1/2, and the date of October 20, 1941. The leather straps were slightly shortened by the original owner, which is not readily discernible except on close examination. The boots show expected signs of wear and use but are in overall very good condition.
