Named WWII Army Officer Visor Cap
click for an even bigger image

Olive green wool officer's cap that is named on the interior leather sweatband to Captain "W.F. Sturek". The exterior of the cap is quite clean and, while it is dusty, it is free of stains or mothing. The interior shows wear and use, and the sweatband has partially detached from the cap interior due to disintegration of some of the stitching and edge of the leather. There is no size tag, but an overseas cap which belonged to the same officer is tagged as a 7 3/8, so that is the presumed size of this visor cap. Overall the cap is in very good condition.
