German K98 Dress Bayonet by Robert Klaas
The blade is generally bright, but with speckling towards the point and on the cutting edge. It is manufacturer marked on the ricasso with the kissing cranes logo of the Robert Klaas firm of Solingen. The leather washer is in place at the top of the blade. The plating on the guard and pommel is bright and intact, although the top outer edge of the pommel is rough in a small spot. The checkered black Bakelite grips are free of chips or cracks. The black scabbard paint shows wear, and it is about 75% intact. Overall very good condition.
