Pair Hitler Youth NPEA Political School Shoulder Straps
Sew in style tan cotton shoulder strap set for wear by a member of the Hitler Youth who had been accepted in, and who was attending, one of the schools that had been established Party to train the future political elite of the Third Reich. These were the National Political Education Institutes, designated by the abbreviation "NPEA" as is embroidered on these straps. The straps are piped in white and have some spots and age toning but are in overall very good condition. The tan shoulder straps were worn by the NPEA students only from the introduction of the NPEA straps in March of 1937 until September of 1938, when the color of the straps were changed to black.
