The Model 1943 one piece coverall suit, officially designated as the "Suit, One-Piece, HBT, OD7, Special". This example is named on the left breast to "G. Enthoven" and it bears a laundry mark inside, with a size tag of 38 Regular. The owner was Captain Grahame Enthoven, an intelligence officer who served in Europe with the 406th Fighter Group of the 9th Air Force. Enthoven apparently enlisted in 1942 and the laundry mark bears the digits of the officer service number that he was given after he was commissioned. The suit has typical light spots as might be picked up on an airfield in a combat zone, but overall it is in very good condition.
