On Hold

A fine example of a German Police M35 combat helmet. Both the police eagle decal and the party shield decal are approximately 90% intact. The exterior field gray combat paint is approximately 70% intact, with most of the loss being on top of the helmet shell. The interior liner shows wear, particularly on the exposed lower edge, but it is complete and intact and includes the drawstring. The interior shell is stamped "ET68", indicating a helmet shell manufactured by Eisenhuttenwerke in Thale in the largest possible standard helmet size of 68 centimeters. The helmet is lacking the chin strap.
