Large Bullion 1919 Evacuation Hospital Embroidery
An embroidered drape commemorating service with the 12th Evacuation Hospital as a part of the Army of Occupation in 1919. The large "Army of Occupation" patch is executed in bullion and wool, with bullion embroidery elsewhere on the drape. There is some wear to some of the bullion embroidery but it remains quite legible. The drape is approximately 13 1/2 by 19 1/2 inches in size. The black material is backed with a piece of a printed German flag.
