1937 Nazi Party "Old Guard" Coburg Reunion Plate
Approximately 7 1/2 inches in diameter. The plate features in the center the relief design of the Coburg Badge, created in 1932 by Adolf Hitler for the veterans of the 1922 SA rally in Coburg in which Nazis battled Communists. Around the outer edge of the plate is wording which indicates that the plate commemorated a meeting in 1937 of members of the Nazi Party "Old Guard" from Bavaria and Austria, the meeting having been held in Coburg that year. The reverse of the plate has the impressed code number of 8772 and the manufacturer mark of Roesler Feinsteingut Rodach. Excellent condition.
