On Hold

A nice copy of what is arguably the rarest military decoration in the world: the Order of Victory of the Soviet Union, awarded only 19 times during and immediately after the Second World War. Recipients included Stalin, Marshal Zhukov, Field Marshal Montgomery, and General of the Army Dwight Eisenhower. This is a nice, heavy, vaulted copy of the original, which was constructed of rubies and diamonds. On this copy the stones that are meant to replicate the diamonds and the rubies appear to be glass. The Order is quite large, as was the original Order, and it measures approximately 2 3/4 inches tall by 2 3/4 inches across. Screw back attachment, as with the original.
