Issued, 1944 Dated Clean Winter Service Tunic
click for an even bigger image

A fine example of the Model 1938 winter service army tunic for enlisted or NCO ranks in exceptionally clean condition. The tunic is olive wool, fully lined, with a large interior dated issue stamp. There is hand written kanji in the interior pocket which is presumably the name of the soldier to whom the tunic was issued. Five button front with four pockets and a bayonet support strap on the left side. Excellent condition.
